Course Level: D1
Begin your underwater dance adventure with structured training that lays down the basic steps, ensuring you learn the right skills from the start.

| Max Depth: | 6m (Usually will conduct in 2.5m deep pool) | |

| Land: | 2 Hours, warm up + demonstration of poses and moves to be done underwater | |
| Pre-requisites: | Ability to swim at least 25m without swimming aids and float comfortably at the surface for at least 3 minutes | |

Take your underwater dance to the performance level, mastering elegant movements that flow beautifully across different depths of the water.
